District 21 Schools implementing new security policy

As part of the construction project this summer, all District 21 schools have increased safety and security measures. One of the policies that has been implemented is the use of the Raptor Entry Security System. If you plan to enter Kilmer during the school day for special events like being a Mystery Reader, or volunteering in a classroom for the Halloween or End of the Year parties, please make sure you have already had your ID scanned into our system.

When you have time, stop by the front office and Ms. Soto can scan your ID. Once you are in the system, she can easily print a guest badge for you any time you come to the school in the future. Also once in the system, you can call Ms. Soto or email her ahead of time to let her know you are coming and she can have your badges printed and ready to go for you when you arrive.
