Kilmer Community donating canned goods

Once again, Community Consolidated School District 21 has organized a year-long food drive in order to help support families in need within our community. Each school has a different month; Kilmer will donate during February 2018. We will collect food and cash donations from Monday, February 5th through Tuesday, February 20th.

Donations will be given to the Wheeling Township Food Pantry. Please consider donating items like canned soups, fruits and vegetables, hot and cold cereals, pasta, and peanut butter AS WELL AS cash donations that they will use to buy food. Donating cash is a great option because the food pantry can buy the food that is needed at a very low cost. So, please consider donating any cash or food that you can spare. Any amount helps!

The deadline to donate is Tuesday, February 20th.
