Parents requested to complete the 5Essentials Illinois Parent Survey

The 2019 5Essentials Illinois Parent Survey is open! Parents, please click this link to complete the survey. The survey window will close on February 15th. The goal for our community is to achieve at least 50% participation. Last year, we achieved 20% which was the minimum percentage required to receive a parent report. It is very important for our school to hear as many perspectives as possible as we continue to design and implement our School Improvement Plans each year.
